This refined, modern website for Humani Pilates was built to feel like the studio itself: grounded, warm, and deeply intentional. Every detail is designed to support busy humans who want movement to feel accessible—not complicated.
A core focus of this project was creating a truly seamless Mindbody experience. Instead of the clunky, disconnected booking flow many studios struggle with, we streamlined everything so clients can intuitively find what they need: view schedules, purchase class packs, book into their favorite class, or start as a brand-new student—all without friction or confusion.
We took special care to:
Embed Mindbody schedules in a clean, digestible layout that mirrors the studio’s calm aesthetic
Guide new clients step-by-step with clear “start here” pathways and simplified booking instructions
Make purchasing easy with direct links to Mindbody checkout pages that feel cohesive within the site
Ensure mobile friendliness, recognizing that most clients book on their phones
Reduce decision fatigue through streamlined navigation and clear, encouraging language
The result is a digital space that removes overwhelm and empowers clients to book confidently—from seasoned regulars to someone taking their very first Pilates class.
The copy itself is crafted to educate without lecturing, weaving in Humani’s philosophy of functional movement, biomechanics, and nervous-system informed practice in language that feels supportive and human. The overall design uses soft colors, modern typography, and spacious layouts to echo the feeling of walking into the studio: calm, focused, and genuinely cared for.
